I found the room clean. The bathroom included sufficient space. The hotel's proximity to Gare d'Est offered GREAT convenience for travel. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful reception staff.
THE room faced a busy street and some noise was audible at night.

the staff was very friendly and helpful i was able to check in early at 9 am after a long trip the location is convenient close to the main train station and a bus stop is right outside the hotel.
i found the street noise to be quite loud the sound insulation could definitely be improved it made it difficult to sleep comfortably at times.

the room included comfortable beds and was nicely decorated i was kindly given an adjoining room because i was part of a family of four the top-floor room provided a nice view.

the hotel provided gluten-free options the breakfast selection was adequate despite not having a wide variety of items staff made sure that these were available which was very thoughtful.
